Well then, Felicia and I went to the so-called Consumer Fair at MITC, without knowing what exactly they are selling there.

Never try, Never know.
SO, we decided to check it out. ^^

When I found out that the initial price in store was RM 285...
I lauged and bought it..without second tought...

There are times when I don't feel like eating anything...

There are times when I would crave for something so madly that my friend tend to ask me:
"Hey, are you okay?"
"Something wrong with ya?"

Don't ask me why, I am who I am.
I would try to get / achieve something that I desire.

So.
It happened this evening.

During the lecture of Corporate Accounting, while I was searching for pen in the case...
Outta the sudden, I saw a little blueish card.
Hmm...wondering what's that...
So, take a closer look at it, oh...that's a stamp collection ticket from 1 of the famous bakery in town.

Okay.
What happened next was....

I could no longer focus on the lecture.

My mind was all about cakes...

It kept telling me...
I must get 1 after lecture...
MUST! even just a bite on it, I am happy enough.

But. Due to the distance. (It's kinda impossible for me to travel far just to get a slice of cake..mum is gonna "kill" me alright...)

So. How did I solve this?

Of course, I manage to get a slice of cake eventually.
But not the one from Nadeje. (at least better than none)

I bought a slice of cake from Coffee Bean!
Yay!

Its a triple layers cheesecake.
Although I've forgotten what the actual name of it,
but trust me, it tastes heavenly delicious!

We got really bored in the town.
Especially the food...

Huhu...

So, decided to head down town..
To the city of Muar. (oopz..is Muar a City? hmm..)
Have a short trip, and at the same time, hunt for something special...

Well, we didn't get something extraordinary actually...
But, we did enjoy ourselves very much!

Yea... spent a great time there... =)

My sister has a sweet tooth.
Basically, she loves all kinda sweet things, like ice-creme, drinks...etc...
She just couldn't resist the temptation of sweet dessert. (but she is skinny..lol)
Especially this --> Honeydew Sago Dessert
This is her ATF! All Time Favorite!

So, decided to make for her.
I remember someone once taught me the recipe, hmm..years ago..
That was the mixture of coconut milk + sago + ......etc.....

But now, I am gonna change it, modify it.
I am using ordinary low fat milk with ice cream...

Let's see....

These are all we need.

-cooked sago-



-sweet honeydew-

The hardest step in this dessert is, when cooking the sago.
It is time consuming, and required a constant-stirring. Else, it would be over-cooked and burnt easily.
Other than that, all we need to do are just, Pouring, Mixing, and Stirring!
Easy huh?

Okay.
Start by placing the ice-cream in a mixing bowl.

Then, let it melt. Slightly press it and it will turn into liquid form eventually.

Next, add in the low fat milk gradually....

Lastly, pour in all other ingredients, such as honeydew & sago.
Stir it. And DONE~

Oh wait, remember to chill it for few hour before it is served.
As it taste best when serve cold.
